What sim card is there inserted at detect time? Original or other provider?

The laptop boots with tmobile usa sim in it. When i install the mobile manager it only shows me wcdma 2100 band. Voice still locked. The original card was bought unlocked brand new according to the seller. EM770J

This is original (same provider as modem) or other provider sim inserted?
