i would kindly like u to help me.
i have over 10 modems that have failed to be ready on my pc,
saying the USB device not recorgnised.
please i google every where but failed please help me.

Try to find them in Device Manager, right click on them > Update drivers.
Choose install from internet.
If that does not work, again choose install manually. Give the 'Driver' folder from your modems software installation folder.

If still no results, try other computer.

Then maybe your modem are damaged?
If yes, then sorry, we will not be able to help you.

If you have changed your firmware, then you should write the original firmware back.
If you say that there is software that works on your modem, then everything is ok, your modem is not damaged.
