U8350 puts in fastboot mode this way:
Turn off the phone. Remove battery and hold it removed for 30 seconds. Then place it back to the phone. Then press POWER shortly. Then press and HOLD Vol-, Red (End call) and Power buttons until your phone hangs. This will enter to fastboot mode. Then connect your phone to computer and follow the rest of instructions.
