Unlocking Huawei U8160 / Vodafone 858 Smart ?

I am planning to buy an Vodafone 858 Smart from a friend, but it's locked on Vodafone RO (and I use Cosmote RO). I have a simple question: how I can unlock it from my PC ? USB data cable is enough or I need other hardware ? Also it's free or how much credits ($) does cost to use DC-unlocker software ?
