Unknown Error 153

Hello every one,

I was wondering to unlock my new mobile one which is Huawei 8150 IDEOS that this strange error apeared. I had purchesed the credit and had got my user name and password too but after trying to unlock my phone, the application crashed. I tried to repeate the whole procedure again but when I press on search button in application, I get this error. "Unknown error 153"

I uninstalled the application and reinstalled again but still that error. It is really anoying because not only my mobile has not been unlocked but also I have lost around $15 as well! Could you please kindly let me know what I should do?

Check, if driver is fully loaded before detect and unlock.
Make sure that phone battery is fully charged.
Try restarting computer and phone.
Check, if phone is connected direct to motherboard (without usb hubs).
Try other usb cable.
Try other computer.
