Huawei E353 openline but restricted

i openline my Huawei E353 using DC Unlocker & paid 7 credits, i successfully penline it but the Sim Card is restricted. I Openline it using my smartbro sim, its doing fine. But i attach same network Sim, the sim is restricted and i cant use the Modem...

Huawei E353 - smartbro sim 1 --- OK
Huawei E353 - smartbro sim 2 --- NOT OK (restricted)

What could be the possible problem?

What could be the possible problem?

It might be that you use branded connection software. You should download unbranded connection software and then you should be able to use other providers SIM cards.

Could you copy here what is detected by dc-unlocker when there is not original sim (sim from other provider) inserted?
