I was trying to unlock Huawei U8300 with DC unlocker using Vygis account.. i have previously successfully unlocked one before.. but now whenever i try to connect turned on phone to pc and detect , the PC restarts automatically..

It seems that there is a problem with your PC. Is there a possibility for your to try other computer?
I have installed dc unlocker and all drivers for this phone to another computer but It won't detect the phone. any suggestion? thanks

Make sure that USB debugging in phone is enabled (Phone menu>Settings).
Make sure that the phone is in fastboot mode.
