unlock Huawei E586 mifi

I've downloaded multiple versions of the s/w but still get unable to find modem, does anyone have any ideas?

I have trying to unlock this wifi modem since last week but I keep getting the feedback that unlock failed (error code 75),Failed read NVitem .

Can someone pls help?

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version

Could you copy all what dc-unlocker software writes (with latest version 738 ) from version number till error ?
