need help unlocking huawei b933

cant unlock this modem



my wireless disconnects internet connection when this modem is connected (RJ45).


dc-unlocker detect modem very well but when unlock proceeds it says error code 62. maybe because internet connection is gone

Set router and lan card where router is connectest to dhcp, other connection configure manually.
This will avoid connection conflicts and you will not be disconnected.

Try to use older dc-unlocker software version - 1074 version.
Try to restart modem and repeat unlock. Unlocking same device again does not require credits and you can repeat unlock with 0 credits.

I guess the problem lies with the connections;

a.) Wifi for internet connection
b.) Lan Connection wherein the Huawei B933 is connected

Issues:

a.) When both connections are configured as DHCP:
Modem found but no internet connection and normally my dc-unlocker client could not connect to the server

b.) When connection (a.) is configured as Static and (b.) is configured as dhcp:
Modem found but no internet connection and normally my dc-unlocker client could not connect to the server

c.) When connection (a.) is configured as dhcp and (b.) is configured as static:
Modem found and successfully connected to the internet. It seems this configuration works find, but the dc-unlocker has an error 36. same with version 1074 as what you have suggested.

I've search the entire forum and found several issues like mine but there's no solution for these. If there's a solution regarding this issue pls help.

Try to check adapter bindings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings make sure router's connection is on the bottom of this list. This error does not necessarely mean that unlock was not done as it is only a response after unlock process, check router with other providers sim card, maybe it was already unlocked. If it is still locked and adapter bindings did not solve the problem contact us by live support chat from our page, then we will check more about it.

You were right. My modem was successfully unlocked even that has an error code 36. After reading your message I tried to insert a sim from another network and surprisingly my modem is already unlocked ^^.
