Help cant unlock with other carriers

I got a problem, im in australia. i bought a E160E optus prepaid modem. When i go to a unlock it with the optus sim it shows unlocked. If i go to put a ohter carrier sim in ie telstra sim it's shows locked.

When i try i to unlock it with telstra i get a error code 62, connecting to the server cannot unlock. Any help will be great and followed the steps from the tutorial

If with wrong sim inserted or with an ysim card inserted you see the lock status as locked, means your modem is really locked.

I worked it all out, the reason why i couldn't connect code 62, was because i was behind a router firewall! All good all unlocked now
