i think it's from server this error because when phone starting with dc kernel have this bug and i can't solved pls help

Be sure phone battery fully loaded.
Try other usb cable.
Try other usb port that is direct to motherboard (without usb hubs).
Try other computer.

Please check this:
If phone is connected to USB port which is directly to motherboard (without any USB-hubs).
Try other USB cable
Try other USB port
Try other computer.
