unlocking huawei modem E5832

I've tried unlocking the modem but fails, it says 'error code 49 unlocking failed' and i don't know what that means.Please help me unlock the modem, i've tried following some procedure from the unlock guru.com but nothing,plzzzzzzzzz reply

Then please try again and copy here all the text what DC-Unlocker shows (with detection text, error codes, etc.). Also, write your username or Vygis/Rocker/DC-Unlocker dongle ID.

I'm the same person with the frozen modem E5832 so i can't write the procedure coz my modem can't be detected by my laptop.I'm running windows 7 32-bit professional,is there any other way to undo this! Plzz find a way...

Could you write your username that you used when tried to unlock and it failed?

The problem is i didn't use any username coz i was not sure which username was expected, is it the one i use for logging into this account and if not which one is it? All i did is push the unlock button that's all

No, username for DC-Unlocker you will get after you buy credits.

Can you write me your IP address that you used when trying to unlock?

No IP address was required while i was trying to unlock, maybe the dc-software i downloaded was not the right one for my modem

Well, latest DC-Unlocker software is always the right one to use.
Can you write your IP address that you were using when trying to unlock?
I will check what could be wrong with that.

Did you try to restart computer and then again detect?
Could you also try to use other computer?

I tried using windows vista but USB was not recognized what could be the problem?

Maybe drivers are not installed. Install modem software - some drivers comes with it.

Also, if it appears in My Computer in CDROM drives, right click on it>Open. Find drivers folder and install the drivers from there.
