huawei modem E5832

At first the card refuses to be unlocked now the modem cannot be detected by the DC unlocker, it's like it has frozen or something.When i try opening it, it refuses but when i connect it with my laptop starts by itself and stays that way untill the battery is removed and puts off.What is the problem! coz i don't understand....

What windows version do you use?
There might be problems with Windows 7 64bit.
Try to "run as administrator", or log in with user who have more permissions to that computer or run in compatibility mode.
