    Error 75 and 995

    Ok I tried again and it logged me in .. but I got this error message:

    Even weird .... It says I have "1 credit" ... but then does says "Insufficient credits !"

    What is going on ?? PLEASE HELP...

      Ok - looked up the "prices".
      Needed 10 credits... Bought additional 9......

      Re-tried... Unlock FAILED and all my 10 (ten credits) still used up...... Now I am down 10 Euros and no unlocked device as well !!!!

      How can I get a refund Please ??

        Can you try again unlocking it? Unlocking same device for same user does not consume credits.
