Use unbranded connection software and should be able to add new profile.

is it possible to write Firmware Version: 11.609.20.03.356 to 11.608.14.15.311 or other downgrade version to my new e1550 idea this is my question

No, this is not possible.
To change dashboard you need dashboard update file, not read and write firmware.
