E160 unlocked but wont work, pls help

Good day,

I have used "E_160_Dashboard_WIN_UTPS11.030.01.04.03.B409" program on my HUAWEI E160.

Than at start up keep asking me an "unlock code" so I got the unlock code, with thanks, from you giving my IMEI.

Now atr starup keeps asking an unlock code, pressing cancel, and trying to open a connection is saying that I have to "register a network", but when I go to "Tools", "options", "Network", "Registration Mode" ... the page appears blocked, I cannot do anything with it. (the sim of the new network is inserted and works fine with other modem) + (settings for that network are set OK..apn..and all the rest.)

Is my E160 Hardware blocked ?

Your e160 is locked, unlocking is not free.

Flashing code is not unlock code.
Flashing code is for firmware update (and you have updated the dashboard)
