UNLOCK failed

Latest is all my credits have been taken ..... even though UNLOCK failed.

I realise that I needed 10 credit after looked up the "prices". so I bought additional 9.

Re-tried... Unlock FAILED and all my 10 (ten credits) still used up.

Now I am down 10 Euros and no unlocked device as well !!!!

How can I get a refund Please ??

What device did you try to unlock?
Why do you say it failed? What was the problem?
Please give us more details, then we could be able to help you.
