My Credits become 0 from 10,but my E513u-3 Smartbro modems still locked.

Because you unlocked Huawei router that was also connected to your computer.
You have to use other connection method. Do not use same manufacturers devices when trying to unlock modem.

If modem is not found, please check this:

Make sure drivers are installed.
Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
Use Autodetect.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Make sure modems connection software is turned off.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer.
