    Could you copy all here from dc-unlocker version number, detected device information till error? Then we would be able to check more.

      Is new model. Dc-unlocker can do this one??

        Can you try to detect it with DC-Unlocker and copy here what is detected?
        Put phone in fastboot mode.

              Sorry, this phone is not supported and cannot be unlocked with DC-Unlocker.
              We need to have this phone here with us to try to make it supported.
