huawei u8180 unlock problem

during unlocking procedure dc-unlocker freezed (I was waiting 30min then I disconected phone), phone is posible to turn ON, accept all SIM cards, but can't connect to any network (with manual search Network is found, but not possible to connect)

I read phone again with DC but simlock looks broken

I wrote backup to phone acc.to instruction and unlock again
phone unlocked and signal is OK

PS: I changed PC - on PC with WinXP program frequently freeze with CPU 100%load during comunication with server/phone, but on PC with Win7 all works very well, I do not know reason
