Nope, 11.609.08.00 is newer.

But there is no need to update.

i upgrade My hauwei E160G fireware version to 11.609.08.156 and it cant register any network again

Nothing to do... if I put that Firm on my E160G it will find just One Network on 4, and just when the simcard of that operator is put inside.
I'm downgrading again to 11.608.12.00.127 ... =(
