Anyone actually know the latest firmware for the above, mine is as follows

Found modem : E160
Model : Huawei E160/E160G/E160X
IMEI : 3************166
Firmware : 11.608.02.01.00
Dashboard version : O2_08.10.15.405
Serial NR. : DK************63
SIM Lock status : unlocked
Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)

is this the newest one.

OK thanks for that, i will go and find it and install,

had been having disconnection problems with present firmware, readng posts it seems to be a problem for others...hope new firmware solves this.

Is that the dashboard for the E160, by that I mean it's NOT for the E160G.

Yes but you can use with E160G also,I have tested it.

Latest Firmware I can find for E160G is Firmware: 11.604.21.00.156

Download, UnZip and run the exe to install the firmware. Follow the software install instructions.

Remove your SIM card first.

No problem with the firmware update of lock devices.You can update firmware before unlock or after,that is up to you.
