Latest firmware for E160

HI, I recently upgraded my firmware for E160 to 11.609.08.00.156 and since then have not been able to find any cellular networks using the dongle. wireless appears to be fine with my O2 connection manager however does not find the desired 3G (cellular network). I believed that the solution would be to flash the firmware with a newer version so recently downloaded from Digi.com (Update_11.609.10.00.311.B418) with appropriate dashboard, however it gives the firmware upgrade error: "source version isn't compatible with target version before updating please input password". wondering if having password would solve problem or is there any other solution. would appreciate help/password etc.

Hello, at DC-unlocker I can download the dashboard update UTPS11.002.04.10.03_MAC11.201.01.00.03. Is this version compatible with Mac OS 10.6? At this moment I have UTPS11.300.05.03_MAC11.202.08.00.03 installed but this version doesn't work at Mac OS 10.6. The version MAC11.201 does look older at first sight or am I wrong?

I have a E160G dongle by the way.

Hm this is only the manufacturer, is there a logo on the stick? A "3" eg? Then it would be from Hutchison Three.
