U8180 Unlock.

I have a tmobile branded U8180 and I'm trying to unlock it using DC Software. It seems I am having trouble getting into fastboot as the phone only stays on the T-mobile screen and I'm not getting a picture of an hourglass clock as I should.

What am I doing wrong?

What DC-Unlocker shows when you try to detect it?
If you see "fastboot 0.5", then it means phone is correctly put in fastboot mode.
If you still get "phone not found", then you should install the drivers from here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei_u8...lock_procedure

And then follow the rest of instructions.
