Were you able to unlock the e587. The T-Mobile USA # is UMG-587 and is called T-Mobile Sonic 4G Mobile Hotspot. This is not a phone so no screen but there is desktop s/w with an unlock code screen (which is grayed out). Just in visting many sites doesn't seem anyone supports unlocking this. I can send photo of label and screenshot but the email address on your website is not valid.

Huawei E587 is not the same as UMG-587. Maybe you could try to detect this modem with DC-Unlocker and copy here what is detected?
You website doesn't list this model as being compatible so doesn't sound hopeful.
Yes, you are right. UMG-587 is not supported and cannot be unlocked with DC-Unlocker.
But maybe if you could detect it, we could try to make it supported with your help.
I have it on and connected through its cable to my USB port and I get:

Make sure drivers are installed.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Make sure modems connection software is turned off.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer.
If it will not be detected, then we couldnt even try to make it supported..

I guess you are gone for the day. We can pick this up tomorrow. Something had hijacked my internet connection so I couldn't get back on earlier. Anyway, thank you so much for your help.
While it seems be "unlocked" I can't get on the interent. I changed the APN settings to that of the SIM carrier but seems the device display always shows "connecting".....but never connects.
