Did you try to unlock it by generating/entering unlock code manually to modem?
It might be that you used all unlock attempts and now the counter is blocked.

yes, i had enter code wrong many time when connection is low i did not use DC

if the counter is blocked, what can i do to unlock it

Sorry, but if you used all unlock attempts on this modem, the counter cannot be reseted and you will not be able to unlock it with DC-Unlocker.
