If you mean to re-lock it again, then no, its not possible. Once modem is unlocked, its unlocked forever.

no i didnot mean that i cant even unlock it and i have used 10 out of 10 trials

Then try to unlock it with DC-Unlocker.
DC-Unlocker should reset wrong codes counter after modem unlock.

Could you write your modem country? Or maybe you can detect it by dc-unlocker and copy here what is detected?
Not all version can be unlocked by dc-unlocker and counter can be reseted.
