Did you try to detect it as _Unknown Huawei Router_ and manually selecting COM ports?
If not, try with all combinations, maybe it will work.

If you can not detect you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed and you see device in modems and ports sections
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
