    Huawei E272 is plugged but doesn't work

    Hello to all members. This is first time that I post here. I have a big problem with the new A1 branded huawei E272.
    I have inserted modem into usb slot and installation of drivers has started, but after a few of seconds pc have crashed still to I'll remove modem. I have tried many time to reinstall drivers: when installation of drivers will terminate, drivers are not perfectly installed, and I have update drivers manually: so device is detected. I have tried to update firmware and dashboard, but setup doesn't detect modem.
    Have you suggestion for repair modem?

    huawei mobile partner can detect it ?

      Device has mobile connect, not mobile partner. The software sometime starts. I have tried to update with mobile partener, but setup doesn't find modem.

        Ok there means modem is still a live. When you start upgrade procedure, you must close mobile connect software and must look for working processes, modem must free of other operations and other software.
        Another one, modem can work if only one modem port installed, for upgrade must be UI port in ports. Check in device manager .

          Excuse me for wrong reply and only now I remember you from nick. I have asked you some information four month ago about dc-unlocked software and dongle, before to buy it. I'm a friend of fakiro and he told me your name; how are you? Mobile connect and also mobile partner (installed on my pc) detects modem, but not always. Mobile connect take a few second before to detect modem and something software doesn't detect: when this happens, I have to disconnect and re-connect modem. When mobile connect detect modem, doesn't read firmware and hardware version. I have also runned dc-unlocker, and doesn't find any modem. I hope in your patience.

            When I try to update device, I close all other software and is connected only modem that I have to update.

              ...please check/change usb-cable, sometimes this problem is generated by it
