As far as I have information, all known versions of B660 can be unlocked.
But I suggest you to try to detect it with DC-Unlocker first in order to be sure you can unlock it.

Are you sure that modem is locked?
Can you try to restart computer and repeat procedure? Or try on other computer?

Yes its lock. When i put other sim and enter admin it says simlock active. I restart the pc but its still the same. I havent tried other pc. question would there be diffirence on firmware version and the thing that it didnt detect the exact router because it says "unknown huawei router?"
