Are you sure that you use latest dc-unlocker software versio0n (764 version) and there is not original sim card (sim card from other provider than modem) inserted at detect and unlock time?

Yes as shown in my screenshot the client is 764 , i bought the dongle off ebay so its definitely not the sim card from the dongle telco

Something is changed in this modem. Because of that, DC-Unlocker gives such error.
Credits were added back to your account and we will wait for a solution.

If you still have this modem with you, try to unlock it again with 0805 version of DC-Unlocker.
