This phone can be unlocked with DC-Unlocker.
You have to follow this procedure step-by-step: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei_u8...lock_procedure
U8180 puts in fastboot mode this way:
Turn off the phone. Then press Power shortly. Then press and HOLD Vol-, Menu and Power buttons until you see sand clock (or the phone completely hangs). This will enter to fastboot mode. Then connect your phone to computer and follow the rest of instructions.
