Huawei E180/K7315 connects and disconnect

Hi. I have new A1 huawei E180/K7315. I have connected into usb and drivers are installed. After modem is disconnected and doesn't re-connect. What's the problem?

you mean can connect to internet only 1 time ?

I never can't connect because device is connect only for a few second; after device disconnect and only if i remove and re-insert modem, laptop detect device.

I think, this modem is dead, bad firmware and cant be restored
