E180 - Unlocked and working

Hi,

I just wanted to say thank you for the support i received when trying to unlock my modem.

Somehow I managed to eat up 5 credits by clicking something, however the on line help/chat agent was very helpful and re-credited me with these.

The service is excellent, the software works, the help is great, one small complaint is that the pricing isn't clear for someone new to the site.

You welcome.There are two types of price lists,thats why its bit confused for new comers.
