  • Vodafone K4605 (Huawei E372) not unlockable?

Hi, I'm trying to unlock the K4605 I have, but apparently it's not supported by DC Unlocker.

    I keep getting this:

    Code:
    selection :
    manufacturer - Huawei modems
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    Found modem : K4605
    Model : _Unknown Huawei modem_
    IMEI : [COLOR="Red"]XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX[/COLOR] (edited out)
Serial NR. : [COLOR="red"]XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX[/COLOR] (edited out)
    Firmware : 11.113.21.00.11
    Compile date / time : May 10 2011 17:57:09
    Dashboard version : 10.1.108_RP154_4.3.6.0
    Chipset : Qualcomm MDM8220
    NAND Flash : TOSHIBA_TC58NYG1S3CBAJX
Voice feature : not supported in current firmware
SIM Lock status : Locked (CardLock)
Wrong codes entered : 3 (unlock attempts left : 7)

sorry, this modem not supported !
However, I'm seeing that the E372 is supported... I understand the K4605 is the same device as the Huawei E372, only with the Vodafone customizations... isn't that right?

Then why isn't it supported? If it can't be unlocked with DC Unlocker, do you have any idea of when it'll be supported by DC Unlocker?

Thanks you and keep up the great work!
    Víctor.

Edit: If I manually choose the E372, it outputs the same message.

Do you have dc-unlocker dongle or Vygis dongle?

      DC-Unlocker.

I don't even know what Vygis dongle is.

Just to confirm that after receiving live chat support and unlocking the device, it works flawlessly with SIM cards from other operators.
