My pc don't detect modem for unlocking

Hello

I have stupid problem
I have modem huawei e173 for unlock.

Insert modem in pc all is ok, led on the modem blinking... automaticaly start mobile partner (because my pc detect modem).....Start dc unlocker software (dongle) I push find modem in soft ... modem NOT FIND...

Device manager / modems/ huawei mobile conect- 3g modem / properties... port com 166

I select in dc unlocker port... but nothing (modem NOT FIND)

pls where is problem???


PC today I unlocked mondem from ZTE MF110 .... this is very OK...unlocked OK

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
