Huawei B970 start lose settings

I have an unlocked Huawei B970 (router part branded Vodafone with the latest firmware from Vodafone Germany - SP05 -May 2011) and i use it on another network. I made a new profile for the operator i use on it, i secure the wireless setting and is working OK with this settings untill i disconnect the power adapter from 220V. When i put it back all settings i was made previously are gone and router is with default settings. Is this a hardware problem or what ? Thank you for any suggestions !

Yes,it may be hardware problems.
Also, maybe you did not save or set as default the profile.

I was click on APPLY or SAVE button each time i was made a setting so it is possible to be a hardware problem with the flash
