I update a Huawei K3770 with dashboard update for Huawei E173 and it works fine, Vodafone has disappeared

Man are you sure all drivers were correctly installed?
Because that looks like an error when drivers are not installed.
Please check very careful and then report the fake post otherwise you will confuse other forum users.

I wish to report that the solution is not fully functional.
It is true that it is possible to debrand the K3770 using a E173 dashboard but the problem is that the drivers in that dashboard are not compatible. So after you install the Mobile partner the modem will not be seen as a modem.
If I will find a solution to make it work I will post.
If anybody has already a solution please post.

i think here some slution but not prfect
i install firmware of E173 on vodafone k3770...
the software insatll fine... problem is driver...

here i copy varius mobile partner driver copy and paste TATA DOCOMO 3G driver Folder and it work great...

i never know how to edit in E173 dashbord ...
if some one help me....
i add driver in dashbord and install automatic

I tried to copy the drivers from the Vodafone software installed on my computer to the driver folder in the mobile partner software where I instaled the modem but didn't work.
So yes it would be great if it was possible to include those drivers directly to the E173 dashboard, but HOW?

We just solved a similar problem after many tests in the K3771 thread. Its a new one made this week by 2_un@

You will need to have Voda drivers oin your computer to "see" the dongle for the upgrade so you may have to download the Voda dashboard (from Vodafone in your country) and install that, then insert the dongle then uninstall.
Once you have flashed the dongle and are installing Mobile Partner, you may have to remove it and use a different USB port for the drivers to find it.

THIS IS FOR HUAWEI K3770
1.First step install new version of MP (thx for link someone on www.dc-unlocker.com i lost a link) - drivers will install (i checked on Windows Vista 32 bit and 7 64bit)

3.Run MP and u good 2 go.
