Huawei E156G Connection Error

Hello i installed unbranded Mobile partner for my E156G on my own pc with no problems at all, Then i installed the same E156G and unbranded Mobile partner s/w on friends computer with excatly same settings that i entered in mine. But when i try to connect on his pc i get error code 619 every time!
I have read through the posts here and still get error,can anybody advice me as to what may be causing this?

Error code 619 means you have entered the wrong settings.(APN,etc....)

I have used excatly same settings APN,etc that i entered on my pc which worked, I then installed same APN,etc on diff computer and get error i have checked the setting and they are identical

Ok then uninstall the mobile partner and uninstall all other connection managers.After that pulg the modem and install the mobile partner again.

I found problem was faulty usb port on pc and it now connects
