Same error
I am having a similar problem, the modem was successfully unlocked however it still reports that the sim is invalid.
I went ahead and tried to unlock it again with 0 credits as you recommended but it returned a error 36.

I am attempting to unlock a B260a, however it is detected as a _Unknown Huawei Router_.
The log file from the unlock i just attempted is:
On my first attempt at unlocking it had returned a successful unlock, however, when I restarted the modem and replaced the sim I was greeted with the Invalid sim message.Detecting card :

Your modem is detected as _Unknown Huawei Router_ probably because you use not the latest version of DC-Unlocker.Originally posted by Berks View Post
You get "unknown responce!" error, because your modem is already unlocked.
If after unlock modem interface does not accept other SIM cards, you need to update firmware version to unbranded.Comment

Okay, thanks. I also realized something that might be completely unrelated however I just wanted to run it by u. When I originally purchased it I inserted a sim from the provider, that sim is now locked with a pincode that I did not set and only the router is able to bypass. Is there anyway of retrieving that pin?Comment
