Can`t unlock U8180-1 Please Help!!!!

I`ve been trying to unlock Huawei U8180-1 for several days but not success. Here`s the log:

Disconnect phone, remove its battery, hold it removed for 5 seconds, then place it back and try again to detect/unlock.
Make sure you put the phone in fastboot mode correctly and the drivers from our procedure is installed.

please am begging is there any other way of unlocking the phone. like giving u the imei number, I don't have any PC connected to the internet so won't be able to download the dc-unlocker compatible with the phone. really need your help bro. the network my phone is locked with is ripping me off daily.

No other files needed. Only dc-unlocker, drivers and credits.

pls if I instal a new ROM on my huawei u8180-1 will it wipe out the "sim unlock pin".. and I'll like to get step by step instructions on installing a new ROM. pls make it as easy as possible.

Changing rom should not lock back. Sorry, we provide only unlock. DC-unlocker is for unlock, not for installing rom.
