Really, target is not change operator. This devices cann`t open voice channel in asterisk.

Yesterday I download dc-unlocker_client-1.00.0805
About year ago, I download same client, buy credits (don`t remember, about 4USD) and that's all.

Sorry, this device is not supported and can not be unlocked by dc-unlocker.
Maybe someday in the future.
