Are you shure I need to ulock sim?
I think sim is not locked, because it works with different sims if I use standart windows connect manager.
But it doesn't work with Mobile Partner if I insert a "wrong" sim in the device

I think I need to change firmware. To do this I need to bye 5 credits and get firmware code. Am I right?

Yes, this really is not a lock, but customization , change firmware will help to accept all sim.
