Problem with u8650

Tried on XP 2pcs, on windows7 and vista 1pcs.
Same error. drivers correct installed but when ask hold vol-, I press and hold vol-. Than say phone not found!

Sure you have followed these instruction: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei_u8...lock_procedure
Need to hold button pressed to finish detect by instruction.
Also, after each not found error remove battery and connect back then try to detect again.
