Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

still i have same problem sir i try with two diffrent pc but still sameDC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0805

Sure there are no other Huawei device or drivers installed?
Try to remove all other huawei drivers and install only for this computer
Try to restart and unlock again.
Try other computer.
