Huawei E160G unlock problem

I have a problem in unloking my 3 huawei modem.
The dc-unlocker status is:

Voice feature : not supported in current firmware
SIM Lock status : unlocked
Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)

but i can't use the modem in other network
Why? Can anyone help me?

Is there not original sim card ( sim card from other provider than modem) inserted at detect time?
