Check if there are no other Huawei devices connected at the same time.
Check if there are no PC suite running.
Check if there are no other software related with this phone running.
Remove other unlocking boxes / tools.
Close other unlocking software.

Before erro open device manager and check, what com port number you see for this phone.
After error (winthout disconnecting phone) open device manager and check port number again. Is it same? If not, then make it same, restart phone and do unlock again.
