full internet ? why

hi can any one tell me why im not getting the full internet via my dongle. i cant read msn mail anymore and cant see the full ebay site. is it my settings or it cos iv just updated the dongle to : 11.604.21.00.156.b4o9 ??? please help thanks wasp

? thanks for your reply but i cant see the point in this as i have the dongle for my laptop there for im moblie i dont fancy walking around with my desk top under my arm !!

Could you check the conenction settings? Maybe wrong conenction settings are added. Check for it in your provider web page.

hi thanks for your reply but i have sorted it it was my setting my anp was set up wrong but thanks to the dc ppl all is well
