This is the error I get after installing the driver and trying to read info. I have put the phone in fast boot and usb debugging already and have no idea what i'm doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also of note: the device shows up as "Android COMPOSITE ADB Interface" rather than single, no idea if it's meant to be like that or if I did something wrong. Thanks.

This might be the driver problem. Try to uninstall its drivers and install again from our procedure by following the instructions.
Phone should appear only as "Android Sooner Single ADB Interface".
Also, make sure you hold the Vol- pressed after you click "Detect" button.
