I dont think Ghanim_Q8 is liar , simply misunderstanding, if have lost credits, you can contact live i will restore it.

When you select E220/E226 you cant generate the unlock code by IMEI,but you can select E160 and enter E220/E226 IMEI and generate the unlock code.

But this code some times work and some times dont,so that is why it is not released as official.
